نشكركم على ثقتكم بمنصة إمبوسبل. نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتكم والحفاظ على سرية بياناتكم. باستخدامكم للتطبيق أو الموقع، فإنكم توافقون على ما يلي:

1. جمع البيانات

نقوم بجمع بعض المعلومات مثل: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، العنوان، وبيانات الدفع، بهدف إتمام الطلبات وتحسين تجربة المستخدم. كما قد نستخدم تقنيات مثل الكوكيز لتخصيص تجربتكم.

2.استخدام البيانات

1. معالجة الطلبات والدفع.
2. تقديم خدمة التوصيل.
3. إرسال إشعارات وعروض خاصة (اختياري).
4. تحسين وتطوير خدمات المنصة.
5. يتم جمع رقم هاتفك فقط عند اختيارك تقديم طلب أو إنشاء حساب. ويُستخدم حصريًا للتحقق من الطلب وتنسيق التوصيل بين المندوبين والمتاجر. نحن لا نستخدم رقم هاتفك لأغراض تسويقية أو تحليلية أو لأي غرض غير ذي صلة.
6. يمكن تصفح المنصة واستخدامها دون إنشاء حساب أو تقديم أي معلومات شخصية. يمكنك اختيار تقديم البيانات فقط عند رغبتك في تقديم طلب أو إنشاء حساب.

3. مشاركة البيانات

لا نشارك بياناتكم مع أي طرف ثالث إلا للضرورة (مثل شركات التوصيل أو مزودي الدفع) أو إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون.

4. حماية البيانات

نستخدم بروتوكولات آمنة (SSL) وإجراءات تقنية لحماية بياناتكم من الوصول أو التعديل غير المصرح به.

5. حقوق المستخدم

1. يحق للمستخدم طلب الاطلاع على بياناته.

6. خدمات الطرف الثالث

قد نعتمد على مزودين خارجيين مثل:

2. Google Maps (لخدمات تحديد الموقع والتوصيل).
3. بوابات الدفع الإلكترونية (لإتمام المدفوعات).
4. ويخضع استخدامكم للخدمة أيضاً لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.

7. صورة الملف الشخصي

عند قيامك برفع صورة إلى حسابك في إمبوسبل، فإنك تمنحنا حق استخدامها داخل المنصة فقط، لعرضها في ملفك الشخصي، الطلبات، والمحادثات مع المتاجر أو الدعم. لن يتم استخدام صورتك خارج هذه الأغراض، ولن نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث إلا بموافقتك الصريحة.

8. زر "ابشر بالفزعة" (المساعد الذكي)

يوفر إمبوسبل خدمة المساعد الذكي تحت اسم "ابشر بالفزعة"، والذي يساعدك على اختيار الهدية الأنسب بناءً على تفضيلاتك وبياناتك.

قد يتم تحليل بياناتك (مثل سجل الطلبات، الاهتمامات، الصور المرفقة، والمناسبات) باستخدام أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاصة بنا من أجل:

1. اقتراح هدايا مخصصة تناسب احتياجاتك.
2. تسهيل عملية البحث والتصفح داخل المنصة.
3. تحسين دقة وجودة الاقتراحات المستقبلية.
4. نؤكد أن جميع البيانات تُستخدم بشكل داخلي وآمن، ولا يتم مشاركتها أو بيعها لأي طرف خارجي.

9. تعديلات السياسة

يحق لـ إمبوسبل تعديل سياسة الخصوصية في أي وقت، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة.

7. Profile Picture

By uploading a profile picture to your Impossible account, you grant us the right to use this image within the platform only, including your profile, orders, and interactions with stores or support. Your picture will not be used for any external purpose nor shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. “Abshir Bil-Fazaa” (Smart Assistant)

Impossible provides a smart assistant called “Abshir Bil-Fazaa”, which helps you choose the most suitable gift based on your preferences and data.

Your data (such as order history, interests, uploaded content, and occasions) may be analyzed by our AI systems to:

1. Suggest personalized gifts tailored to your needs.
2. Facilitate search and navigation within the platform.
3. Continuously improve the accuracy and quality of recommendations.
4. All data is used securely and internally, and will never be sold or shared with external parties.
