في إمبوسبل، نسعى دائماً لضمان رضاكم عن مشترياتكم وتجربتكم عبر منصتنا. ومع ذلك، قد تكون هناك حالات تستدعي استرداد المبلغ المدفوع، وفق الشروط التالية:

1. الحالات المؤهلة للاسترداد

1. إذا لم يتم تسليم المنتج على الإطلاق.
2. إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو مختلفاً بشكل كبير عن الوصف المعروض.
3. إذا ألغى المتجر الطلب قبل الشحن.

2. الحالات غير المؤهلة للاسترداد

1. المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها (مثل العطور، المواد الغذائية، الشوكولاتة، والزهور).
2. الطلبات الخاصة (Customized Orders) أو المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب.
3. إذا كان سبب عدم الرضا متعلقاً بتفضيلات شخصية بعد الاستخدام.

3. آلية طلب الاسترداد

1. يجب على العميل تقديم طلب استرداد خلال مدة أقصاها 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
2. يتم تقديم الطلب عبر خدمة العملاء داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني: support@impossiblejo.com

4. طريقة الاسترداد

1. يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.
2. قد يستغرق رد المبلغ من 7 – 14 يوم عمل بحسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.

5. الاستثناءات

تحتفظ منصة إمبوسبل بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرداد لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

At Impossible, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

1. Eligible Cases for Refund

1. The product was never delivered.
2. The product arrived damaged or significantly different from the description.
3. The store canceled the order before shipment.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

1. Products that have been opened or used (e.g., perfumes, food, chocolates, flowers).
2. Customized or made-to-order products.
3. Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after use.

3. Refund Request Process

1. Customers must submit a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Requests can be submitted via in-app customer support or by email at:  support@impossiblejo.com

4. Refund Method

1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
2. Refund processing may take 7 – 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Impossible reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
