مقدمة

باستخدامك لتطبيق أو موقع إمبوسبل، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل استخدام الخدمات.

1) التعريفات

1. “المنصة/نحن”: إمبوسبل.
2. “المستخدم/أنت”: أي شخص يستخدم الموقع/التطبيق أو ينشئ حساباً.
3. “المتاجر”: الشركاء الذين يبيعون منتجاتهم عبر إمبوسبل.

2) الأهلية

يجب أن يكون المستخدم متمتعاً بالأهلية القانونية وفق قوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

3) إنشاء الحساب وأمنه

تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة، والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، وتتحمل المسؤولية عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.

4) المنتجات والأسعار

تُعرض الأسعار والتوفر من المتاجر الشريكة وقد تتغير بدون إشعار. عرض المنتجات لا يُعدّ التزاماً بالتوفير حتى تأكيد الطلب.

5) الطلبات والدفع

يُعدّ إتمام الدفع عبر الطرق المعتمدة داخل إمبوسبل موافقة على تفاصيل الطلب. قد نلغي الطلب عند الاشتباه بنشاط غير مشروع أو خلل في التوفّر/التسعير.

6) التوصيل

تُطبّق رسوم ومواعيد التوصيل بحسب العنوان وخيارات خدمة التوصيل المتاحة. أي تأخير خارج إرادتنا (ازدحام/طقس/قوة قاهرة) لا يترتب عليه مسؤولية تعويضية.

7) الإرجاع والاستبدال والإلغاء

تُطبّق سياساتنا المنشورة في صفحات: سياسة الإرجاع، الاستبدال/الاسترجاع، الإلغاء، والشحن. يرجى الاطلاع عليها قبل الشراء.

8) الاستخدام المقبول

يُحظر إساءة استخدام المنصة، أو جمع البيانات بدون إذن، أو محاولة اختراق/تعطيل الخدمات.

9) حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع العلامات والشعارات والتصاميم والمحتوى مملوكة لـ إمبوسبل أو مرخّصة لها. لا يجوز نسخها أو استغلالها دون موافقة خطية.

10) خدمات الطرف الثالث

قد نعتمد على مزودين خارجيين (مثل الدفع أو الخرائط أو الإشعارات). استخدامك للخدمة يُعد موافقة على شروطهم بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.

11) تحديد المسؤولية

لا نتحمل أي خسائر غير مباشرة/تبعية/فوات ربح ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة، بالحد الأقصى المسموح به قانوناً.

12) القوة القاهرة

لا نُسأل عن الإخفاق أو التأخير بسبب أحداث خارجة عن الإرادة (كوارث، حروب، أوبئة، أعطال عامة، إلخ).

13) التعديلات

يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط ونشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة، ويُعد استمرار الاستخدام موافقة على التعديلات.

14) القانون والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ويكون الاختصاص للمحاكم الأردنية.

By using Impossible (Imbousbul)’s app or website (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1) Definitions

1. “We/Platform”: Impossible.
2. “User/You”: Anyone accessing or creating an account.
3. “Merchants”: Partner stores selling via the Platform.

2) Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

3) Account & Security

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you’re responsible for all activities under your account.

4) Products & Prices

Listings and prices are provided by partner merchants and may change without notice. A listing isn’t a binding offer until order confirmation.

5) Orders & Payment

Completing payment via approved methods constitutes acceptance of order details. We may cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion, errors, or unavailability.

6) Delivery

Fees and timelines depend on address and available couriers. Delays due to events beyond our control (traffic/weather/force majeure) aren’t compensable.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Our published Return/Refund/Cancellation/Shipping Policies apply. Please review them before purchase.

8) Acceptable Use

No misuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt the Platform.

9) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content are owned by Impossible or its licensors. No reproduction without prior written consent.

10) Third-Party Services

We rely on external providers (payments, maps, notifications). Your use implies acceptance of their terms as required to deliver the service.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.

12) Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control.

13) Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version; continued use means acceptance.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Jordanian law; courts of Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction.
